We get asked about all things vintage... and sometimes not so vintage. Here's some answers to questions we're often asked - if you can't find the info you're after here, let us know and we'll get back to you.

Returns
We will accept returns within 14 days for problem purchases, please contact us immediately before returning your item.
We proved detailed measurements of all garments as we don't generally accept returns for items that don't fit. However please contact us with any problems you may have, we're here to help.

Ebay Feedback
We want all our Coco&Benny customers to be happy so if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us straight away, before you leave your feedback so we can help resolve the problem. Feedback is important to us so we will do our utmost to ensure your experience is a positive one.

Vintage + Condition
We only send out clean items, in excellent condition. Excellent condition means no undisclosed tears, holes, stains or odours. Any minor flaws will be listed in the item description but please be aware that all our items are vintage, one off pieces. This means they are not new, usually in excess of 20 years old and will usually show minor signs of use.

Accessories
Please note the accessories in most of our photos; jewellery, belts, scarves etc are not included in the purchase. If the item comes with a belt or accessory - it will be mentioned in the item description.
