Shipping and Delivery

In most cases, we ship on the same day payment is received. If you have any special shipping needs, we always try to accommodate a request - just ask!

Postage
We prefer to send by Express or Registered Post as this includes a tracking number for your parcel (we also offer Regular mail at your request but understandably we can not take responsibility for items lost or damaged by Australia Post).
We will generally post same day or day following payment receipt because everyone likes a speedy parcel! Please allow up to 3 days for Bank Deposit (depending on your bank) or 3-5 days for Paypal e-cheques and we will post your item when the deposit arrives. If you'd like Insured Post - please let us know and we will be happy to organise it for you.

International Shipping
Yes we ship Internationally at standard Australia Post Rates and a $2 handling charge. We prefer to send with International Registered Post as this provides a tracking number for your parcel, but will send Registered or regular Airmail. Delivery will generally take 7-10 days Worldwide. We can also offer Express Post International if you'd like it (2-3 days delivery time).

Combined Shipping
We automatically combine shipping on your items if you make a single purchase at checkout. If you decide to add to your order after, just contact us (before dispatch) and we will combine your postage for you.

U.S Security Tax
Please note all parcels being shipped into the United States over 500g are currently attracting a US government Security Tax of AU$9.00. We This will be added to your invoice after purchase so please wait for an invoice before making your Paypal deposit.
